Writing Strategic Emails
Whether you’re in business, government, or with an NGO, email is most likely your main form of communication. But are your mails working as hard as they can? Do you—and your colleagues—have a clear strategy? Are your emails in line with how the organization conducts business? “Writing Strategic Emails” gives you the tools to revitalize your communication.
Who Attends “Writing Strategic Emails”?
Some people believe that writing an effective email depends on your mastery of the language in which you’re writing. This isn’t necessarily true: far more important is mastery of business—and business communication. This course is for absolutely anyone who believes their digital communication can be clearer, more strategic, and more powerful.

“Strategic Emails”—The Process
This hands-on course begins before you even enter the conference room. Together, we’ll analyze a cross-section of emails, creating a baseline, a goal, and a checklist for what “good emails” mean to you.
What to Expect
The workshop is in English and is taught by a professional with a track record of more than 20 years as a commercial writer and communications trainer. You will leave with a clear vision of how to interact digitally with anyone in business; an email manual; and a training certificate.
